Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HR Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment calls, screening potential candidates, and coordinating interviews. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage high call volumes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates for job opportunities.
- Explain job roles, company policies, and benefits to candidates.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with relevant details.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and post-interview feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with job seekers to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve hiring strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar HR role.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of patience and professionalism.
