HR Freelancer for Delivery Recruitment and Onboarding

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Freelancer to assist in recruiting and onboarding delivery boys for our growing delivery service. The ideal HR Freelancer will have expertise in talent acquisition, screening, and managing the hiring process in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the HR Freelancer

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified delivery boys as an HR Freelancer.
• Job Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, including job boards and social media, to support HR Freelancer recruitment goals.
• Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements for the HR Freelancer role.

Requirements for the HR Freelancer

• Proven experience as an HR Freelancer or recruiter, preferably in hiring for delivery or logistics roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques for an HR Freelancer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to excel as an HR Freelancer.
